The Rental Process
Renting a Bouncy Castle through the Flying Panda requires you to do almost nothing! We do all of the hard work to ensure your day runs as smoothly as possible.
The rental process works as follows:
- Call us anytime toll free 0800 700 704 to book in your day and castle.
- Before the rental day we’ll call to reconfirm details and arrange a setup* and pick up time to suit you. A typical rental lasts for no less than four hours, however we are entirely flexible and can arrange for longer or shorter rental periods.
- On the rental day we’ll arrive on time and will quickly have the castle up and running prior to your event. We’ll run through the castles operation and safety instructions, and if for any reason you need to get in touch we’re only an 0800 call away.
- At the end of the rental period we turn up to clean and pack up the castle quickly and quietly.
Easy as that!
*Depending on access, a setup should take no longer than 30 minutes
